Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Yes! Travel is included for weddings and sessions within 100 miles of Orlando, Florida. For locations beyond that, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip) applies. Destination weddings that require flights or overnight accommodations will receive a custom travel quote. This ensures we can provide the same level of care, preparation, and attention to every wedding day- no matter the location.
How do we know which package is right for us?
Most couples begin by choosing a photography collection based on how long they’d like coverage on their wedding day. From there, we help tailor the experience to your timeline, guest count, and priorities.
During our consultation, we’ll walk through your day together and make recommendations so you feel confident you’re choosing the collection that best fits your celebration- without over- or under-booking.

Who will be photographing our wedding?
Your wedding will be photographed by Bella, with Ava assisting on most weddings as a second photographer. We work closely together and have a seamless, calm approach on wedding days, which allows us to anticipate moments and work efficiently without being intrusive. Our shared style and experience ensure a consistent, cohesive gallery from start to finish.

Honestly, I would say our style is natural, timeless, and primarily story-driven. We focus on documenting genuine moments as they unfold while offering gentle guidance during portraits so everything feels relaxed and effortless. You can expect a balance of candid imagery and thoughtfully composed photographs that reflect your day honestly and beautifully.

How do we officially book with you?
To reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and a retainer are required. Once both are completed, your date is officially secured on our calendar. The remaining balance is due a week prior to your wedding day, with details outlined clearly in your contract.
What happens if our timeline changes or we need additional coverage?
Wedding days are fluid, and we completely understand that timelines can shift. If you find that you need additional coverage, extra time can be added to your collection at an hourly rate, pending availability. We’ll always do our best to accommodate adjustments so your day continues to be documented seamlessly.
